Dear Sir/ Madam, I have purchased a NOKIA C5-00 on date 21/10 from SATYAM MOBILES AUTHORISED COMPANY SHOWROOM at SIRSA (HARYANA) against IMEL No. B57006044199129. I am sorry to say that set is faulty. its video function is not working properly. I am facing this problem again and again I sent it three times to the NOKIA CARE but problems as it is This is a genuine product concern. I am requested you to look in to the matter on priority and resolve the issue. In case of failure I will be forced to go for legal proceedings.
