Nokia C-503: Worst phone, I have ever seen

I brought my Nokia C-503, three months back and struggling to make it full functional.

It has worst User interfaces, applications hang randomly and only way to come out of hang is hard reboot. It has got very huge boot time.

Few days back went to Nokia Care center and got the upgrade of software, person responsible for software upgrade deleted all my data without information me. To me there upgrade system is faulty.

Worst part is after the upgrade phone display disappears randomly.

Customer care folks don’t understand the problem, they just upgrade the software for all the problem. I went to customer care multiple times and lost all my hopes, now I am trying to get hold of Nokia folks so that I can give this phone back to them as donation, so that that sick company can survive for few more hours.

Totally hopeless folks;I will never recommend anybody to buy any of Nokia product.
