Nokia mobile problem

Hello sir, im ankush kumar residance of Hariana (hoshiarpur) pb. bought a mobile modal number is nokia c5-03 on 18/04 from kings the gift shoppe sutehri road near govt, college chowk (hoshiarpur)(punjab), i am sorry to say that this piece is defective, so i sent it five times to the kings gift shop but in vain now i request you to please direct the concerned dealer to replace it as the purchased mobile is defective and i cant repaired, so please do the needful other wise i shall give the matter to the press. please contact me and help me to get this new mobile my mobile no. is 919463260601 thanks
