Problem in my phone

I have purchased Nokia mobile model no. c5-03 on 21-8 from MOBILE EXPRESS which is situated

I face many problem in my phone

(1) Radio not work, play in hands free only

(2) It's play only loudspeaker

(3) Phone hangs simultaneously

(4) Battery beckup problems

I informed above problems to Nokia care center in rajkot which is situated MARCE COMUNICATION PRAMUKH SWAMI ARCADE RAJKOT, GUJARAT.Above service center updated software 3 times but my problem not solved. They have told me the instrument will not repaired by us it must send to company at Delhi. I agree and send to company after 16 days the instrument was repaired After 2 or 3 days the above problem again occurred. I contact the service center and they replied that the instrument send to Delhi again. I am not satisfied with service center. The Nokia company is the international company in the world i expect more from company or service center I request to you to replace the instrument same or another model. I attached the job sheet of Nokia care.
