Nokia CDMA 2865
Menu doesn't work and phone switches off!

I had purchased the Nokia CDMA 2865 from Narang Electronics G-22 Shri Ram Tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow on 7/2/07 vide receipt number 007730. On 01/07 the phone stopped working. The problem was that the menu section was not opening and the phone was switching off itself regularly. It was then submitted to Nokia care infocare services Shop#123, shanti complex Faizabad road, IndiraNagar Lucknow for repair the job sheet number was 299343506/070702/8 dated 02/07/08. However, the phone was returned back to us after 15 days without repair. We then took it to the shop from where it was purchased i.e.M/s Narang Electronics. Till today it is with him only and we have not received any satisfactory reply from him. I am in great problem as most of my work is done through phone and not having that has resulted in severe problem to me.

The instrument is under warranty and I want a replacement for this. Please let me know the way to proceed in this direction smb.
