Defective product

Within 6 months of Purchase the Nokia Cell Phone 2255 started malfunctioning. We took it to the Customer care and they repaired it, but only after one month of repeated visits and phone calls. Even after repairing it once, all the problems weren't solved entirely.

Further, after another one month, the Handset developed cracks and further broke in 2 pieces. The Handset was not misused and was used very carefully.

I want to tell everyone that NOKIA RELIANCE HANDSETS are really very fragile. After taking it to the Customer care, they denied to service it saying that they do not cover physical damage.
