Sub: Defective hand set Model No. 6265

This is with regret to inform you that the above mentioned Nokia handset that I had purchased on 27th of October from M/s Record Shopee, Matunga is defective in workmanship and of substandard quality. The locking mechanism, which is supposed to hold the back cover from sliding out and opening, is defective. Every time I try to slide open the phone to call, the cover immediately slips out of the rear side. I have always been using Nokia phones believing in its quality and reputation and its user friendliness.

Kindly note it is not possible for me to conduct my business without remaining accessible throughout the day. Also I have been asked to reburn the software, as I’m unable to use certain services provided by service provider.
