UNIT NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,

I had purchase food processor of BAJAJ Model FX-11 from CJ India (Teleshopping) on 20Febuary 2011.It was not working since it had purchase. So many complaints had registor but no body has turned up via complaint no.-35911. I am very fed up from service. Request you to replace on urgent bases.
