Non replacement in guarantee period

I had purchased cfl of20watt from Agrawal store Lekhraj Dollar Indira nagar Lucknow on25/2/2.0 11 with assurance of one year replacement guarantee. Thecfl stopped functioning some times in january 12.The retailer refused to replace on the ground that your local dealer M/S Sri ganesh agency has denied replacement on the ground that the guarantee period is of 6 months only. Such irresponcible answer is unheard from such a reputed name. Please ensure replacement with in 10 days by taking suitable action against the dealer, under intimation to me.
