Nokia / Faulty Battery
Faulty battery replacement!

As per Nokia guidelines I have sent an SMS on 5555 giving my battrey No. : 0670400363563 N377513103808. I have sent the SMS giving my mailing address also. I have sent the SMS 1 month before. Even after 1 month still no one has come from Nokia to replace the battery as promised by Nokia (that they will replace it within 8 days of complaint).

I terribly disappointed by Nokia services. They just do not keep their words. Now, I have no other option other than to buy a new battery or to buy a new mobile set of some other reliable company.

I had blind trust in Nokia but in future I wont prefer Nokia products.
