Product is not returned

Dear sir,

This complaint regards that my product (Gas Geyser) taken for service is not yet been returned, and they are very careless that when ever i call them either they will say we will you later or consult person is not there, i fedup by this kindof reason and i personally visited to the place i met person Name by Mr. Harish, i asked him to returned the product, he said there is consult person to return your product, then i asked him to call by evening and came back, till today neither i got a call nor product is returned? please some look through this and somebody take an Action on this.
