I had given a storage water heater for service on 28-5 to crystal customer care, the authorised service centre for bajaj electrials. But after several reminders they returned the heater on 13-07. They charged Rs.1150/- towards service charge. But they did not rectify the problem and so the it was again returned for repair on 25-07. There is no reply from them as of now.
