GAS BURNERS TURNING BLACK

I had purchased COOK TOP Cx9 / Batch No. OCT / GC SL. No./Code No. 0278323 / Sr. No. of the Product 12981 On 14th Nov From Star Bazar {Andheri West} of Baja Electricals.

From Very next day I started using it but was surprised when I found that the Gas Burners started turning black. I Registered a complaint with the Customer Care on 03rd Dec [Complaint No. 323671, Raja]. The very next day one of the technician from the co. visited my place had a check & left. But again from the next day the same problem arised, the burners again started turning black. Again on 05th Jan I lodged a complaint with the Customer Care [Complaint No. 332923, Raja]. Once again the Technician came Checked & left. Again the next day onwards the Problem remained unsolved. Again I lodged a Complaint with the Customer Care with the Same Complaint No. 332923. This time I was told that New Burners will be replaced, But no one has turned up till date to replace the burners or to attend the complaint.
