Unsatisfactory Installation of air conditioners by seller Bajaj Electronics.

Ref: Bill No. P1/CR10/5022 dt. 3/4/10 for 2 Units Samsung split airconditioners bought of Bajaj Electronics, 6-3-347/6/P/3&4, Sai Baba Temple Road, Dwaraka Puri Colony, Punjagutta, Hyd. The Units are placed on the sun shade without fixing them with anchor bolts as specified in the installation manual. On 22/04/10 when I complained to Bajaj, they agreed to get them fixed property on the 24th, but when I reminded them on the 24th, they refused to do it saying arrogantly that if units are placed on sunshade, no anchoring or fixing is done.
