Referigerator Delivery Delay - Time Unknown No Resonse

Hi,

I have bought Samsung DD referigerator from Bajaj Electronics Kukatpally Hyderabad on 2nd Oct and was promised to be delivered in 3 days. Its now 5 days passed and I have no response from them. I called them and found that Referigerator in not available in Stock.

It's really frustrating and i don't hv their manager numbers to whom I can speak about the problem. Even can't find one through search in google. These stores should be closed as they cant keep up the promise, I feel like cheated, my money has gone and product is still undelivered and I am not sure how much I have to go to store, its all now time waste, money waste, transport. These stores makes common people life miserable.
