Fan not working & design fall down

I purchased Bajaj Fan from Bajaj authorised dealer in Sept having 1 year warantee. Now the fan is not working properly & the design provided to fan fall down. I gave complaint to the dealer but he told to give the complaint to bajaj service centre. & accordingly I gave complaint on 10.09.2010 having complaint no. 418589. But till date no person from Bajaj Fan has attended the complaint. Right now I am facing tremendous prob.
