Nokia mobile 2760
Hanged and not working in just 2 days of purchase

I purchased Nokia mobile 2760 on 05.01.2008 from Subhiksha Trading services ltd, Nehru place, Karnal, haryana. Just after 2 days of purchase it started hanging and in morning of 08.01.2008 it was hanged completely and not accepted passwords. I tried 2-3 times after removing battery and switching on, but of no use. it got darked screen and not responded to keys (hanged), them I approached to store and told them the problem and request to replace the piece because it got problem in just two days of purchase. But store salesgirls and manager refused to replace, they said you go to service centre, I asked them if the item just stopped working in two days, it is the responsibility of store to replace. After several request they refused to replace and then I put the mobile set on the counter and asked them to keep this mobile with you, I do not want this piece, they just kept the piece and money, what is this, this tis he cheating the store is doing with customers and supplying the defected items and making money and refusing to listen. what is this. this is responsibility of the store to replace the defected items for getting popularity, otherwise no one will come to these stores.
