BL 5C battery suitability for use

Since 1.5 years I am using an NOKIA Mobile. Model 3120. It has been fitted with BL 5C battery. The Nos embosed on the battery are as below>

0670400363563 and M294811802431.

I line in western India. I got to know from TV news that there is some problem identified in this lot of battery. Please arrange to send me a replacement for the battery. Please contact me on my cell no. 91 9422325478 for further details.
