Nokia Mobile 3230
Faulty handset

My nokia handset 3230 goes faulty just after warranty finishes. I approached Nokia care in East patel nagar. They said that its display goes faulty and about Rs. 2500 to be charged. I argued that the phone is in new condition and never be mishandled but they refuse to attend. If a costly handset goes faulty just after finishing the warranty than what is the need of purchasing costly sets that is of Nokia.
