Nokia mobile 6280
Poor customer care in Bhopal

This is abhishek shrivastava 23 from rewa. i purchased a nokia mobile 6280 on 19/08/06 from mamta super bazar rewa (m.p.), after activation of my simcard i came to know that in my mobile phone my earpiece is not working properly. means its incoming sound is not clear.

I complained to my retailer he suggested me to give it to him for repair, but fortunately i was to go to jabalpur. i took this mobile to jabalpur nokia care they told me that they dont have speekar and suggested me to go bhopal, i came bhopal nokia care they took my molile and repair sound problem but after recieving mobile camra flash was not working along with side was not working properly, when i omplained again they told me to send it to delhi but i know how many sets are there those have not come yet now.

so what shoud i do.

i m very much dissatisfied woth nokia.

i want to say that when nokia care are not able to repairsimplest problem like slide problem and canra flash then what the hell they are doing there.
