HEARING VOICE IS LOW

We have hearing problem in our Nokia mobile model C3 which is purchased in the last week of June. We had made complain over Nokia Site but still we have not recieved any words from Nokia. Kindly Interving in this matter and arrange to resolve my problem. we have contacted to available Service Center of Nokia they are not able to solve this problem.
