Harrasement of company

Sir,

I had Purchased Air conditiner from Sales India at 0 percent interest through Bajaj finanace and I had given them ESC mandate regarding this but very first insallement they withdrawn 1700 rupees mor from my account and when I coplained to them they stop withdrawing through ESc and harrasseming me through Email I tried to contact local staff but they are not responding. They have not returned my money back. I want to settel my account with immediate effect
