Bajaj Food Processer FX10
Not working

Hi, My Bajaj Food processer is not working for the last 3 months and it is still under warranty period. I have made complaints end number of times to the customer care department. Every time i have been given complaint number and no one has visited to my place till date.

Every time I call and remind the complaint number, i will be given assurance that someone will visit my place in 2 working days but till now no one has ever visited.

My latest complaint number is 395927 and my cell phone number is 9811925930. If my issue is not resolved in the next 3 days, i will take this matter to the media and write to consumer court. I will also post this to all the online blogs which will hamper your future sales.

Looking forward for a resolution to this matter.
