I saurabh mittal purchased a bajaj food processor fx 11 food factory from star cj network india private limited on 19-09

I got it delivered, however, when I tried to use it, it was not working. I complaint the service centre of bajaj in vadodara.

Then after few days they sent one technician to my place and he told me that the motor of the food processor is not working.

He got my complaint registered in his notebook and told me that new motor will come in 3-4 days.

But today is 18th oct and no one has come to change the motor and I am trying their phones and no one is bothered to reply.
