Poor Service Support

I have a complain in my geyser after 3 years of purchase and i visited local service centre, but its 4 days approx but no one has come for visit and whenever i called they say that person is going to your place only...

I would also like to ask - is there any warranty on replace parts or not as Service Centre people has confirmed that there is no any warranty of changed parts, how come this possible??? Please confirm as they are charging approx Rs.460/- for changing element plus service charge of rs.250/-. Confirm if I can get the warranty on Replace Parts?
