Consignment received in Broken condition

My complaint is for HOMESHOP 18.

This is Regarding order no.908857761 from Homeshop18 of Bajaj Majestic Induction cooker.

We have received the product in broken condition. This is the second time i am getting the product from homeshop 18 in broken condtion & the response from HS18 is very bad.

If they are not able to provide the product in safe condtion then they should stop there services.
