Complaint not being attended

I have purchased 1 Bajaj MX2 Steam Iron on .12.2009 from a local dealer.

I am facing a ON/OFF problem from the very next month of my purchase and i have called Bajaj technician many times but they didn't fixed it till now.

I have registered a complaint on 11.06.2011 (Saturday) against this malfunctioning to there customer care with a Complain No.259763 and they have committed me to attend my complaint on 13.06.11 (Monday) but their technician didn't came and then on Monday when i called asked them they said they will be attending on 14.06.11 (Tuesday) but same happens and they again said that they will attend on Wednesday and nothing happens. Like this only it's 18.06.11 (Saturday) now but they have not attended my complaint.

So i request to kindly see to it as soon as possible and i want replacement for my product as i have to face lots of trouble due to it.
