Nokia N70M
Inefficiency of service!

I had given my mobile (N70-M) for service under warranty to Nokia care Anna Salai Chennai-India on ground of intermittent blank display vide job sheet 3200238669. I had given it for service on 19-Sep-07, I was informed by the personnel on 22-Sep-07, that there is a problem in the mother board and that it will be replaced by warranty and that it I will receive it in a weeks time. When I went on 28-Sep-07, I was told that it would take one more week, again on 3rd I was given the same reply, Today being 8-Oct-07 no one at Nokia is able to give me a proper status, and still I get the same reply. I do not know when that one week will end. Mobile being the most inevitable form of communication device these days, Nokia itself does not seem to realize its importance. This is the last time I am going in for a Nokia product or recommend my friends for the product.
