Frequent failure of N70, and absolute blind eye by Nokia service centres

I have purchased a Nokia N70 mobile from an authiorised Nokia shoroom in chembur named " orbit communications teleshop, basant park chembure . mumbai last year on 2hd oct06, bill no : 11524). EMEI no : 359381006296033 MY mobile is under breakdown and has been sent to Nokia for Defect : ' Not sensing FM antena '

thru ' phone planet chembur, Nokia care on 18th sep07, job sheet no : 1141 . till date i have gone to the service centre 13 times and every time a false commitment is made, and i am sent back . i am totally frustated and was to raise my concern to the concerned authorities.
