Arrogant Behaviour of Univercell Staffs

I have bought a Nokia Phone from Univercell Chennai (Anna Nagar). Immediately after a month my phone developed some problem. When I returned to Univercell about my complaint the response was very poor and arrogant. Even after 20days they have not returned my phone and my daily calls are unanwered.

I donot know how to deal with companies. Buying an expensive mobiles and the mental torture involved is too much. If any body knows how reach the right person or their managing director please reply to me to take up this issue.
