Nokia N73
Poor service!

I purchased my cell phone on 3 August and within a month its joystick started to get stuck. Even the phone gets hanged up. When i went with my complaint to the nokia care center, person sitting there misbehaved with me. They told me that the cell will take a month to get repaired and when i asked for the standby cell, they refused for it. I had mailed my complaint to nokia care but it went unnoticed. I am totally dissatisfied by the service being provided to me.
