Not happy with the handset

I had taken Nokia E50 on july 16 from digital electronics bhilwara rajasthan. After 8 days only i started facing problem ie the handset was heating, it was getting hang, so i told them to exchange my hand set but he said he cannot. He said he will send it to the service centre it will become ok. So he took it for 10 days and gave me back saying that now i will have no problem with my cell. But again i m facing same problem he is refusing to change. Do not buy nokia handsets!
