Damage in cellphone and no proper response from Nokia care!!

With great respect and confidence I had purchased a new Nokia-6270 handset in January and within a month I had to reinstall the software as it was getting switched on searching few specific nos. On checking with Nokia care, Jayanagar, Bangalore, they did not have any answer for this n neither they agreed for a exchange even though hardly a month had passed purchasing it.

After that reinstall, I still had problems while viewing picture messages, or while checking the details of sent items. Cell would ge switched off or would be retard suddenly on doing these operations.

Now recently 3 weeks back, all the keys in the upper portion of the key pad stopped functioning. I could neither search any nos, nor receive or end a call. Hence I had to take to care center again, this time I registered in Nokia Care center in kormangala, bangalore. Its 10 days now, on contacting them they either do not receive the phone or keep it busy or switch off. When I walk to the office, every time they ask me come next day. There is no proper response recieved from any of the customer care people, they neither tell the exact date when the mobile be ready nor explain me what the problem is.

I hope some one could take care of these issues and response to the customer queries appropriately, and also stop manufacturing such malfunctioned mobile phones!!!
