Nokia - Nokia E 70
No support for E 70

I had procured an E 70 Nokia phone from a Priority dealer in Brigade Road Bangalore in Aug. After a year it started giving severe problems with the navigation joystick key. I was unable to access any information due to this failure. On giving it to the Nokia Care Centre (Shakti Communication) at Fraser Town, Bangalore they have been unable to repair it. They claim that they are unable to get the relevant spares and asked me to to take the faulty handset back.

I have paid a whooping cost of Rs 25, 000/- to get this set and expect it to atleast provide service for a few years. Nokia should have adequate support for the sets that have recently been launched. I have always been using Nokia Sets and today swear never to go near a Nokia phone. Their support and service is non existent and outsourced agencies have made a complete mess of the repair service. Surprising that a world leader in mobile market share has no foresight and planning. STAY AWAY FROM NOKIA.
