ORDER CHARGED BUT NOT DELIVERED

Hi,

I placed an order for Camera on http://www.bangaloreonlineflorists.com on August 18th' 2011 to be delivered on the same day. They Missed it and called me up and said due to technical problem, they couldn't deliver it. I said its okay and asked them to deliver it today without fail.

Since then there is nobody to answer my call and hangs the call in between. Still shockingly, my mobile phone number is also put into virtually AUTO REJECT mode so that i will not call them again.

Why on earth these kind of companies exists and is there anybody who can take up this responsibility??
