Very poor service from Harsha and Onida

I bough a tv in the year 2005 from M/S Harsha Mangalore. And the product was good. But this year there is a minor mistake in picture and sound clarity so i informed M/S Harsha and registered a complaint. But for attending that small complaint they had taken nearly 6 days to visit. And in that 6 days i tele called and reminded them around 18 times. It was a very poor service from harsha and onida.
