Pathetic support service!

I purchased an Onida Washing Machine and an Onida Microwave in Januray this year, in Bangalore, India. And, now, the rinse and spin function of the washing machine is out of order.

The microwave fails to stop if we want to stop the heating mid-way. Inspite of repeated calls to the customer service, I am unable to get any kind of support from Onida. Inspite of the product being under warranty, I am being made to suffer this way. This is pathetic customer support for sure. A valuable advice for those who are looking to buy Onida products!!!
