The remote stopped working with in 6 months. We asked for the original remote from the service center and has been 30 days and no response. I can go out and buy in a roadside shop.. but do not want to spoil the commitment of BUY original to myself. Complaint number is 326380582. The manager we interacting is Shivkumar of Bangalore. Can somebody give me how to raise and escalate to the company officials
