Hopeless service!

The company's authorized service station is a really incompetent set of people. I have given my DVD Recorder which I had purchased last october for repairs as the DVD was not playing properly. I had given the same on 29th August within the warranty period. I have not yet got back the repaired item yet. The only reason I get is that the spare part for the product (which is a new one) is not available!!! They are not even willing to replace the product and provide me with a new one.
