Poor Service, overcharging and false commitment

Sir/Madam,

This complain is against the Onida service personal at Jamshedpur jharkhand. In my TV there was a sound problem and i have logged the complaint in Nov month Under the EWC plan and it is still not repaired and the people has taken my TV's circuit board for repair and they are not able to rectify it till date and more over i have also come to know from the web site that they have charged me extra money for my EWC aggrement and also they are not fullfulling there commitment as per the web site and contract if the TV is not repair within the 48 hours they will provide the Standby TV but the people is saying that there is no such provision.

This mean the company's web site is making false commitment this should be immediately stopped at any cost, pls look into this matter and try to solve it out on my behalf my contact no is :-09931130023.
