Poor connectivity

I am subscriber of two airtel prepaid connection; 9876775160 and 9872095163 and based in panjab university, chandigarh-India. From the last week week, i am finding very poor connecivity... poor service... even bad than BSNL... I am using Airtel just because of the best service provider. If you can improve something as it is becoming to much difficult to cater my day todays need.
