This is to state you that few days back (Dated:11/10). I ordered a mobile handset online named LG-Fanthom on the site www.bigadda.com. but i dint get the placement of the product on promised date. I made full payment for the product but the product is still not dispatched from the company. I tried to complaint for the product to the company & to established the contact but they dint respond.

So in this regard i want to register my complaint against the company (i.e. for the responsible site www.bigadda.com) & claim for the product. Information for the product is mentioned below.

I hope you'll take strict action against the culprits and will reply for my request as soon as possible.
