Ecived the mobile phone which is not working

I have ordered mobile hand set in BIG ADDA shop online on june 5. the company delivered my order after one week. the mobile they delivered is not working from the of deliver it self. i have given compliant on the same day. they said that, they will deliver good piece with in one week and they did not deliver it. i called them again and they started disconnecting my call after speaking with me for some time. this the fourth month and they till not responding to my call.
