Not recieved gift voucher for reebok

This is regarding the gift voucher mentioned on advertisement papers & leaflet we had purchased videocon refrigerator modelno-VAP2332010 (BAR CODE 60036556) on 14 th August our bill no T19/32215, the bigbazar people had promised that voucher worth rupees 2400 of Reebok will be delivered at home, at the time of delivery after 7 days the voucher we didnt recieved, the delivery person told they are not informed for that voucher, we went twice to bigbazaar to cliam the voucher the customer service desk informed that they will repy in 24 hours till today they have not replied, it seem that this is just gimmicks to sell the products. I dont expect this kind of treatment to the customer from Company like Bigbazaar. Now i will take this issue to print media so that Bigbazaar should be aware that the consumers are not fools.
