Eplacement of microwave

Dear Team,

we bought a MICROWAVE OVEN from big bazaar (plot number 59/c kalyaninagar pune) of Onida company on 16/7 (* CASH MEMO NO T48/1191 - ONIDA MK 10M020CJS26S) and get delivery on 17/7

but that particular peace is defected when we check that at home on very next day and file a complaint of it on 20/7 and complaint number is 664 given by onida service centre.

They had confirmed that they will replace that but till date they keep postponing it and none is givingthe cofirm anwser. Ashwin from bigbazaar (9552822456) and agency manager Bhujbal (9370912020) both are person to whom we are contacting since 10 days.
