Defective Handset

I had purchased Black Berry 8830 from naaptol.com as per full page appeared in Hindustan Times on 10th January

The Complaint are:

1) The handset is not IMEI recognised by any cellular operators giving BBI service.

2) Blackberry Browser, Messenger is not working even though we activate BBI services.

3) The Handset Certificate to use Blackberry services is outdated.

4) The warranty does not value as the service centre at Kandivali-Manibhadra Agency on phone nos.provided to us by them are always on LUNCH when called. Or send us the piece thru courier as parts are not available or out of stock. Thus to install duplicate (I guess). They are God without inspecting Mobile, they know the problem.

5) The Handset seems to be refurmised condition imported from Malasia.(As mentioned on Box)

6) No proper responses from Naaptol Top Executives.
