Dear Sir/Mam, 17/4

With reference to the the mail dt.12/4 as my Nokia-5800 which I had given to your customer care tilak nagar, delhi IMEI:358279/03/007225/8 which stop working while i was on the call. For which i had submitted my cell at ur care dt:-26/2 and after follow up they had given me on 11/4 and asked me to get it repaired from outside. The main thing is that if Nokia care is unable to resolve the problem how is the outside local repaired can get it repaired.
