Blackberry 8830 from naaptol.com
Device doesn't work

Ought the set at rs 5999/= from naaptol.com on cash on delivery. the device is only working as GSM Phone and no data connectivity. I have tries with BSNL, Airtel and DoCoMo but it doen't work. Calling naaptol, no response at all. I have asked for return and refund that too is ignored. I have wasted Rs 6000 for a feature (voice call phone) which could be bought in Rs 2000. Advertisement on site is misleading.
