Blackberry 9000
Technical fault

Sir,

I have purchased a BlackBerry9000 Smartphone from M/S Priya Cellular Hut, Gurgaon vide Bill No. PCH-1076 on 03/11.

This Device has developed following problems :-

1. Whenever I am removing the device from the pocket case the display is not functioning and

showing blank.

2. Whenever a call is coming or switch on the featurs, the display is not working.

3. The device is not functioning with computer.

A number of times I approached your centre at DT Mall, Gurgaon but my problems have not been solved. Further, I physically approached this centre but they are not able to solve the problems of my phone. Therefore, purchasing such a high end cell phone for business purpose has been defeated.

Therefore, you are requested to depute a service engineer to solve the above mentioned problem at my premises. If this is not possible, the centre where I can get solve the technical fault of the device be conveyed.
