PHONE HANGS QUITE OFTEN WHEN ALARM RINGS OR ON INCOMING CALLS

I bought the phone in May the phone hangs frequently when there is an incoming call, and I cannot receive the call; phone needs to be reeboted. I have visited the Blackberry Service Center 4 times but they are not able to help me with my problem. The last time they took my phone and sent it to Bangalore for repair, it came back from there but the problem still persists. I switched to Blackberry because of its reputation not to visit the Service center time and again. I asked them what exactly the problem was but they say they are unaware as the handset has come back from Bangalore and its been repaired and they have rectified it, the problem will not occur now.

There should be proper customer service and a replacement should be given as even after repair the problem is not solved.
